Dan Le Sac Vs. Scroobius Pip // New Album Cometh
Their timely balance between hip-hop inspired spoken word, off key banging electro beats have brought them the attention of a now a adoring fan base world wide. Myself included, and now somewhat obsessed one I must admit.
Their track Though Shalt Always Kill became their calling card of last year, bringing them plenty of festival bookings and a record deal from Sunday Best, Rob Da Bank’s label fledgling label that boasts Kitty, Daisy and Lewis, Kid Carpet, The Dub Pistols and Ebony Bones to name a few.
On the cusp of album number two ‘The Logic of Chance’ out on the 14th of March, the duo will be embarking on a lengthy set of dates kicking off in March, full list of dates is below. As a teaser and inspiration to purchase the album, the boys have kindly made their souncloud page available to so you can have a taste of things to come and that which has been. Thank you boys, very kind.
The limited coloured 7″ comes backed with an amazing remix by Errors while the digital download also includes quality reworks by Villa, Jakwob, 2 Bears (feat Joe Goddard of Hot Chip) and the Sunday Best maestros.
“The difficult second album made to look easy. They just get better!”
John Kennedy – XFM
